What is a delivery fee and why
do we have to charge one? A delivery fee is a charge we
apply to your order to help cover the gas of the delivery truck to
get to and from your place twice (we have to go to your place the
first time to drop off your items and then come back a second time
to pick everything up) and that fee also helps to cover the time
of the employees to unload the truck and set everything up, then
come back and break down the party and reload the truck. A
small bouncer takes about 15 minutes to set up (time varies
according to if your event is in the front or back yard, how long
it takes to walk around your property and move around things such
as shrubbery, gas meters, steps, landscaping, etc), but if you
rent the 61' obstacle course, that alone takes approximately 30-40
minutes to setup and we're not talking the break down yet or any
other items such as tables and chairs, concession machines,
balloons, etc. So considering we are only charging $10 to
travel to your place twice, plus an hour or more to setup and
breakdown for two employees, that charge is very minimal.

We already cover an
extremely large territory, but we might be able to service your
area if it is a slow day or if you are having a large party where
you will utilize many of our product lines. We typically
draw the line at the areas below:

- we don't typically deliver to the west of the 10/57/71
junction

we don't typically deliver to the east of Redlands

Glen Helen Area
- we don't typically deliver to the north of the 15/215
junction

Riverside Area
- we don't typically deliver east of Riverside

Anaheim Area -
we don't typically deliver west of the 57/22 junction

Corona Area -
we don't typically deliver south of the 15/91 junction
Can we make an
occasional exception....sure. But if we have a tight
schedule, cities outside of the areas listed above just eat up too
much time traveling the further distance twice. On the other
hand, if you are having a party during the
week or on most Sunday's, we might be able to handle your event
for an additional charge. |
