Planning a party is
hard work. There are so many details to take care of that we
thought we'd give you a "Party Check List" to help keep you
organized. We provide everything you can imagine (and then some)
for any event, so keep us in mind as you plan your special day.

Weeks Before Your Party...

Select a theme.
If you can't think of one, call us and we'll be happy to give you
with some suggestions.

Make a guest list
remembering friends from school and daycare, neighbors, and
relatives.

Pick the day and
time. Afternoons work best for most schedules.

Order your party
supplies, decorations, loot bags, balloons, and games. Fun
Time Party Rental can take care of all of this for you. We
already have loot bags available for just $2.50 per bag, games
such as horse shoes, potato sack races, ring and bean bag toss, tug
of war, and more available starting at just $5 for most games, and
we have a Certified Balloon Artist on staff that can take care of
your simple items such as bouquets to elaborate items such as
columns, arches, sculptures, dance floors, centerpieces, and more.

Order your
inflatable bounce house, tables and chairs, concession machines,
balloon decor, games, cake, patio heaters, ice chests, tents for
shade, and all the rest by calling us at 888 711-5867. Make
your reservation as soon as you have your date so someone else
doesn't beat you to it. Jumpers
start at just $70 for a full day rental, concession
machines with servings start at $45, and we have packages
for every occasion.

Weeks Before Your Party...

Send the
invitations. Ask your guests to RSVP so you know how many
children and adults to expect.

Decide on
activities and games to play. Plan on more games then you
expect to play in case you run out of things to do before the party
is over. We have games and novelty
balloons available that will keep your guests laughing and busy for
hours on end!

Plan your menu.
We have every concession machine you can think
of....hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, snow cone, candy and caramel apple
maker, fondue, beverage fountain, and that's just to name a few.

Arrange for extra
help on the day of the party from friends and relatives. We
also have Party Attendant's available to help keep your party moving
for just $7 an hour. By hiring us, you and your friends can
actually enjoy the party rather then getting stuck behind some hot
oven the entire time.
1 Week
Before Your Party...

Order your cake.
Fun Time Party Rental works hand-in-hand with
the Costco Bakery and can take care of your cake for you.
Check out our Cake
Ordering Sheet to make your selections, then give us a call at
888 711-5867 and we'll get that ordered and picked up for you.
The filled half sheet cake serves 48 guests for just $27.50 (candles
included).

Make any other
foods that can be made ahead of time and store foods in the freezer.

Write out a final
schedule of activities and games for the party. Don't
forget we rent games for just $5!

Confirm any orders
placed for the cake and/or party supplies, bounce houses, concession
machines, etc. At Fun Time, you can
forget this step because we will call YOU the day before your event,
confirm your entire order along with the the delivery address and
drop time, and we'll make sure you got everything on your checklist
done. In case you didn't get to ordering balloons, loot bags,
games, food, tables and chairs, or whatever, we can still add that
on and get you covered.

Let siblings
invite a special friend over for the day so they won't feel left
out. They can either play apart from the party or they can be
helpers.

Days Before Your Party...

Buy remaining food
for the party. If you're renting concession
machines from Fun Time, we have extra servings available for all
machines so that's a great time saver for you. Just let us
know how many you are expecting and we'll take care of the rest!

Buy film and/or
videotape.
-
Check batteries
for the camera and/or camcorder.
-
Get an exact guest
count and call those who have not responded. Make sure you
plan extra food for those guests who you were not able to reach and
will show up after the fact.

Arrange to have
balloons picked up the day of the party. It is fun to have
each guest go home with a balloon. Fun Time
can save you the hassle of having to go to the store to order the
bouquets, then return to pick them up, save you the horrific
experience of shoving them into your car and then not being able to
see out your windows or have one explode while you're in the fast
lane (GASP!). You tell us how many bouquets you want or
what kind of balloon decor you have in mind, we'll roll up and take
care of everything right outside your door. Bouquets
start at just $10 a dozen and go up from there and check out our
section for more incredible ideas.
1 Day
Before Your Party...

Finish decorating
the cake or pick up the cake from the bakery.
Let Fun Time take this worry off your hands and order your cake
from us.

Make sure you have
plenty of candles and matches. Candles
are included in the cost of the cake when you order through us.

Child-proof the
party area.
-
Decorate any
indoor areas (save outdoor decorating for the day of the party).
Remember to turn off your sprinklers for the day if you plan to be
outside.

Prepare food that
can be made ahead of time.
Party
Day...
-
Pick up balloons.
Order your balloons
from Fun Time and eliminate this on your party day.
-
Prepare foods and
beverages that could not be made ahead of time. Our
concession machines save you tons of
time. Don't miss out!

Take plenty of
pictures and videos to commemorate this special day.
